What Is Teddy Tennis?

Sport, Music and Fun for the very young!

Teddy Tennis is a fun, inspiring sports programme for children aged 2 to 5+, designed to help them get active, build confidence, and learn the foundations of tennis through play.

How Teddy Tennis Works

We use our unique mix of music, pictures, stories, and teddy bear characters to create engaging lessons that spark imagination and make learning fun.

This multi-sensory approach is based on the Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic (VAK) learning system, helping young children learn faster and enjoy every moment.

What Children Learn

Through Teddy Tennis, children develop:

  • Confidence & social skills
  • Coordination & movement
  • Balance & agility
  • Early tennis skills
  • A love for being active

Where We Teach

Teddy Tennis classes run all year round in:

  • Nurseries & kindergartens
  • Parks & community centres
  • Tennis clubs & sports centres
  • Holiday resorts around the world

We are currently active in 18+ countries — and growing!

Visual learning

Children learn by watching – through fun pictures, demonstrations, and Teddy Tennis characters that show them exactly what to do.

Auditory learning

Children learn by listening — to catchy Teddy Tennis music, clear instructions, and songs that guide the rhythm and timing of each activity.

Kinesthetic learning

Children learn by doing – moving, hitting, running, and taking part in hands-on, physical activities that develop coordination, balance, and early tennis skills.

The greatest benefit children gain from Teddy Tennis is CONFIDENCE

and when a child feels confident, they can achieve anything.

Teddy Tennis Around the World

Teddy Tennis is a fun, innovative programme loved by families in many countries across the globe.

It is offered in sports clubs, pre-schools, nurseries, day care centres and even at selected holiday resorts.

Teddy Tennis classes currently run in locations across the UK, Europe, the USA, Africa, the Middle East and Asia

– and we continue to grow every year.
