Booking FAQs

• What should my child wear to play Teddy Tennis?

  Sports clothes and shoes… and please bring a bottle of drinking water too!

• What happens if it rains?

  We will notify you by email if the class is going to be cancelled due to weather and we will issue you with a credit which can be used to book other Teddy Tennis lessons.

• Do I need to buy a tennis racket for my child?

  All equipment is provided but we do have a Pro Shop on-line where you can buy equipment clothing and merchandise.

• Do you offer ‘trial’ lessons so I can see if my child likes it?

  No we do not offer trial lessons but what we can offer is a full refund on all the lessons you child does not attend if you do not like the first lesson… just email the coach before the next lesson starts so we can arrange the refund.

• Are parents expected to join in and participate in the lesson?

  No. For the first lesson, especially for very young children, parents may be needed to encourage their child to participate and join in.

• What happens if I book and pay for a class that is full?

  The system will not let you book into a class that is full so no need to worry.

• I received a Credit for a class that got cancelled because of rain, how do I use this ‘credit’?

  Teddy Tennis lesson(s); the system will know that you are due a credit and will take account of it when you come to check out.

• How long are credits valid for?

  There is no time limit on using our credits.
